Cannot login, haven't heard from customer support since Tuesday

It has been over a week since I've been able to sign in to my psn, I contacted support and they were very quick about helping and unlinking my account from my psn. I then linked it to a new psn only to find NONE of my characters were there. I tried making a new account for my original psn to see if they would be on there and while it let me log in, my characters weren't there either. I am lost. My characters are gone. And they have not said anything since Tuesday, if anyone had a similar problem please help.
