Trial Coffers not dropping

I have 1 guild i run trials with...the last 4 times I've run Maw i have received no coffer. Same with Hel Ra the last 2 times. And SO today.I double checked our raid calendar and times would not have overlapped.
I see there was another thread regarding Maw, but not Hel Ra or SO.
Anyone else having this issue?
Has it been address by anyone at ZOS?

I don't remember all the details, but I've heard of this bug before. I was told you basically need to drop your quest for the trials and then wait a week for it to refresh.

Somehow they can get caught in a loop where every time all you get is the gold reward even if it has been a week. At least for maw it can.

thanks. I've searched for possible fixes and not finding anything on it. it's just stupid that zos can't address this ( or anything else it seems). Even bug reports i've filed have been completely ignored for weeks.

Yup, it is extremely frustrating. I've missed two weekly trial rewards now, when my character wasn't put on the leader board with the rest of my group. The first time I didn't even realize what had happened. I just knew I didn't get my weekly reward mail on a character.

This last time another group member (there were five of us whose names were missing on the board) pointed it out to me, so I reported the bug. Never heard anything back. Then when the reward didn't come I submitted a ticket asking for my reward I didn't hear back from an actual person for five weeks and was told they couldn't help me. I asked if it could be escalated to someone else, and then after almost another week I was told in the future I should run the trial again if it happens and that they couldn't help me.

Just in case you don't know, the coffers are given only once a week. They are not supposed to be awarded every run.

Don't fret too much on the coffer. Even when you do get it, it's nothing to brag about. You get same or better drops from the bosses during the trial. If just motif run for MoL, then yes, just once a week.

I got the trials coffer from hel ra just fine yesterday on 2 characters.

Not that it matters, as it's mostly crap anyway.
