Huge Exploit/Glitch That MUST Be Fixed

https://youtu.be/MoKiYkfIpB4So apparently it's possible to teleport across the map in Cyrodiil, even if your alliance does not own a keep over there. While gap closing a NPC, I was teleported from Faregyl all the way to Aleswell. I also apparently was in the matrix of the game, or 'broken' version of the game upon exiting the wormhole of sorts. I was also allowed to return back to 'normality' after a few minutes of roaming about randomly. Meaning I was able to see NPC's and players again. They all just appeared out of nowhere. See, this is exactly why you don't leave something as serious as gap-closing broken for so long.
Also as a side note, I did not exploit intentionally. Nor did I expect it to happpen. I just used a gap-closer as per usual, and somehow entered a wormhole. Lol. I'm just bringing light to this ASAP, so people don't go intentionally trying to recreate this and abuse this.
Edit; I forgot to say, "Bruh." So, let me throw in some sauce and hit y'all with a bruh. BRUH!

Really. There's plenty of video of people flying all over Cyrodiil. Back in the days before loading screens, you could actually fly through the air from one end of the map to the other (and then of course die on impact).
