Being followed while harvesting

Sounds like my 8 year old. Sometimes when I look over he is just following some poor soul around. I'll ask him, what are you doing? And he says I'm playing with my friend. Who is that and where are you going? He will say I don't know. I'll ask when did you meet him? He will say, I don't know a while ago he was fighting a crab so I've been helping and seeing where he is going.

Usually about this time I realize my 8 year old is a stalker.

LOL I had a similar experience in 2014. Someone followed me around and eventually sent me a whisper saying something about how pretty my butt was. I'm like, "I'm a dude" and they stopped.

I think your 8 year old is just being an 8 year old. Try to wean him off that behaviour before he hits his teens though

It's a slightly shorter response than "I'm old, fat, and married" but I imagine it as much (if not more) effective.

Um, are you talking about what your 8 year old does in games or does he help people who are fighting crabs in real life?

This is actually a possibility. A bunch of bots have been showing up out in the open lately. There was a pretty big bot train in Grahtwood near Heaven the other day (and I reported them one by one and they were gone in twenty minutes, it was awesome).

Gee, it'd be nice if they'd respond to reports of player harassment that quickly. Or at all.

@MornaBaine I didn't only report them in game, though, I also took a bunch of pictures with nameplates on and sent them to Gina. I imagine I wasn't supposed to send them to Gina, but I was like "whatever, I like Gina I'll send them to Gina, because if I post them it will be naming and shaming so I can't just do that".

Think about it. He is 8. The last Great Crab uprising was in '95. He wasnt even alive then. So obviously in game, duh.

Before ZOS fixed what was the most awesome emote bug in game, I would chase people around with the flute when I was bored... they would run back and forth like they were checking to see if I was indeed following them, and then they'd try to run and escape, but I'd be right there sprinting behind them with flute in hand.

I miss that bug.. why ZOS did you fix the one bug that wasn't hurting the game?

I haven't followed anybody around yet but might have to give it a try. For a while I would put on the skeleton morph and lay down in a delve somewhere usually near a door. Then when they go by I jump up and see if they take a swing at me. Would also go to a house that I knew was a destination for a quest and would just jump on the bed. I could tell sometimes others were trying to figure out what I was trying to reach. Twice I had someone play the drums for me while I jumped so that was nice.

The first day I played my only female character someone offered to make me a bow and I thought I might have to delete her.

I have about equal numbers of male and female characters. I like the diversity.

Don't know why, but I've never been hit on or stalked. Maybe I need to chose a different female armor.

Tbh, I'm a little disappointed. I think it would be fun to troll the creeps a bit.
