Found out that my account was being charged for ESO Plus for 5 recurring months of ESO Plus when I stopped playing in late September of last year to early march of this year. Stopped ESO Plus in march. Was never credited for monthly alottment of crowns November-march. Submitted support ticket with proof of subscription history. Support told me to call Xbox support...Xbox support told me to contact the developers...so...I updated my support ticket...still waiting on a response...I just want my crowns...I am not looking for a refund of any sort...I am starting to play again and just want what is owed to me.
