Do the 5 set bonus damage (poison for viper, flame for mountain) stack if both are worn?

Is it a worthwhile combo?

They do not stack as much as both work. I run both on my stamblade and the red mountain procs more often due to not having a 4 second cooldown like vipers, but both do go off.
