Which would be better to balance?

Since Stamina is DOMINATING PvP something must be done. Here's something that could help.

Poorly designed poll. No option to say shields and shuffle so not need to be changed. I say this as a magika player.

I find it entertaining now we can have calls for nerfs to magika users the. A call for a nerf to stam or buff to stam yet nothing has changed.

Maybe it's a matter of figuring out how to combat in various situations. Maybe it's a matter of gearing differently. Maybe it's a matter of both.

Not when the changes are the wrong direction to go. That's the case in OPs post.

I'd also like to add that Shuffle isn't limited to stamina.

Would buff shield duration to 10 seconds max, 15 is waaaaaay too much.

Just make it so every fifth attack is dodged. Taking the RNG out of this skill is the obvious answer. Major evasion at times will not trigger during it's duration and other times I can walk through caltrops without taking damage.
