I only do enchanter writs out of those three b/c I leave alchemy and provsioning to my son! But as for enchanting - I do this every day I get a chance. I have gotten a lot of Kuta from it. My enchanting is all maxed out though with all the passives.
Celebrate for life is short but sweet for certain.

I see no reason not to do these. The 664 gold you get just for turning in quest pays for the materials used. The chance at Kuta, surveys, columbine, purple recipes, etc., is just a bonus.

Yep, do all of them. Easiest writs as you can make a stockpile of them in bulk, pickup writ, hand in.

I do all 6, and get 4k Gold, 20k XP and generally 2-3 Gold things a day. Or at least a survey to get a load of mats. Kuta are pretty regular (10-15k) and it's easy way to get Prov and Alchemy mats.

In fact the consumable writs have the highest ROI (return on investment) of all writs:
    - for provisioning and alchemy you can craft up to 4 items with one set of materials, and you don't even need to craft them yourself; can be a different char on the same account (I have multiplication passives just on my main) or can be simply bought of guild stores for very cheap
    - provisioning doesn't require any expensive items, because all ingredients required are cheap and common - just go to a delve and loot all containers to get materials for weeks worth of crafting writs.
    - there are just 6 provisioning items and 4 potions for each tier, and they do stack up to 100. So You can just craft all, then just turn in the writ every day without crafting each time
    - enchanting is hard to level but once leveled the cost is even lower, and for just 3 glyphs you will get a few dozen if you get a survey report
    - alchemy is pretty decent too, since for just a potion and 3 solvents/nirnroots you get to loot half a dozen or more double plant nodes, that can contain columbine and lady's smock.
    - get the plentiful harvest passive as it has a chance to double the harvest from both alchemy and enchanting nodes. So 10% to get 4 plants or 6 glyphs.

Yep, do the Consumables Writs, well worth.

Equipment Writs, your mileage may vary, and that is mostly with finding the mats to do them.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

The provisioning writ is an important source of Frost Mirriam, important for purple food and psijic ambrosia. The only other source is hirelings.

The provisioning writ also has a change to give psijic ambrosia fragments, which sell pretty well.

Of the three, I would definitely do that one.

I think others here have made a fair case to support their stance on whether or not to do these. Personally, I only do enchanter writs. For alchemy materials, the Shadowy Supplier can give some reasonably valuable stuff if you select the "poisons & poisons" option. Of course, there is nothing preventing you from doing both alchemy writs and the Shadowy Supplier, so have at it!

Whats the Shadowy Supplier? Haven't heard of it...

On topic - I do writs on all my 3 characters when able but I'm pre lvl 50 and harvest/decon all my mats so it's deffo worth it at my level for the surveys, mats and xp etc.

It's a passive from Dark Brotherhood skill line, similar to the hireling passive from the crafting ones - you receive some random leveled items once a day. https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/comments/4tbj1n/what_do_people_take_from_the_shadowy_supplier/
