Change shieldbreaker pls

Now that shields lasts 6 seconds, and we have shattering blows, how about we change shieldbreaker to actually dmg the shield and not promote cheesy gameplay by spamming light atk with bows? I mean, I wanna use this set, I rly like the idea of hurting dmg shields wich is quite popular in cyrodiil for obvious reasons, but shieldbreaker being as cheap as it is now, Im not gonna use it.
How about the 5th set bonus be changed to something like 10-15% extra dmg to shields? (and maybe blocking targets)
