Log in, loading, and UI issues

For about the past week and a half I've been experience issues with logging in to the game, longer than normal loading screens that kick me back to the login screen due to inactivity or connection failure to the server and issues with the UI elements such as missing backgrounds and icons. This has been occurring since the unplanned maintenance from a week and a half ago and after multiple fresh installs, the issue still persists. I've removed addons, deleted UserSettings, AddOnSettings and SavedVariable settings and still the issue continues.
