Locked locations??
How do I reach Craglorn? Do I need to have the DLCs? How about Here's Bane? Can I reach these places by foot or how can I get there without purchasing the DLCs?

IwakuraLain42✭✭✭✭✭For Craglorn you need to be lvl.50 (previously veteran content), there is a herold in your alliance main city (Mournhold, Wayrest, Elden Hollow) giving you a quest and a cart ride to Craglorn. Hew's Bane, Orisinium and the Gold Coast all require purchase of the DLC or a running ESO+ subscription.8 -

✭✭✭Hew`s Bane, Orsinium and Gold Coast, you need a DLC or Eso+ subscription , then you can use a wayshrine to that locations, or also you will meet NPCs who will give you starter quests

✭✭✭✭Outlaw motifs are in one of the DLC areas, either Hew's Bane or Gold Coast - don't know which one because I haven't found enough value in the respective DLCs to buy them. Craglorn doesn't contain any motifs yet, but the overland content quests will drop Yokudan motif pages and the trials would drop Celestial motif pages in the next update, coming next week.Beta tester since February 2014, played ESO-TU October 2015 - August 2022, currently on an extended break
