Yeah and buff timers. The subtle Qs they give are ridiculous. For Harness Magicka the Q that it expired is a faint ringing bell. With all the noise of a fight going on there's no way to hear that. Its sad that I have to count out loud to make sure I'm getting the most use out of my abilities lol.

What do you consider a global cooldown indicator? A timer that counts from 0.9sec to 0 every time you use a skill? I can't see how this would be any improvement to the game.
If you try watch a 0.9sec timer to make sure you hit a button when it's at 0 I can promise you that most of the time you won't hit it exactly at 0. Human brain works in a way that eye -> brain -> hand is much slower than hand -> spinal cord -> hand, so for every action that is done multiple times and requires timing / precision, muscle memory is much better than following visual signs.

There are some players that could make use of a visible cooldown indicator to improve their weaving skills, but personally I don't need it. PC players have an add-on that displays it via the same method consumables display their cooldown, only darkened like when you don't have the resources to use the ability. Seeing all we've gotten so far it wouldn't surprise me if they gave us this too.

They mean .9 seconds before you can cast the ability again.

Have you read the topic? It says global cooldown, which is the minimum time you have to wait between using any 2 skills. It is something about 0.9sec, I never bothered to check another digit, I just know that I can do slightly more than one skill per second.

There is a global cooldown on PC too. It's about 1 second.

There is no GCD on PC. Some skills have a slight delay afterwards, certainly no a second and it is certainly not global.

What some may think is a GCD is the animation which can be cancelled on all platforms and is legit.

That delay IS the cooldown. It may be argued as global or not but it's a cooldown nonetheless, and that is what this thread is referring to.

Hope this buff/debuff visual is added to the controller UI on PC as well. ZoS purposely blocks the Sorcerer Helper add on during dungeon and trials bosses. I end up casting my buffs too much.

It's not a GCD. It's different for differing skills. It's also avoidable for many skills.

That's why I said the global part is arguable, because there may be a global cooldown for all abilities and then some have their own, but either way an indicator for all this isn't necessarily bad to have.
