Currently, you need to be level 50 or have completed the main story line so you can access the other factions zones. I only say this because usually the people asking who are around the same amount you are, are asking because they want to get Meteor for BWB campaign at a lower level than 45(I think that's the minimum to start the last quest in main story line)

✭✭✭✭✭For me going from 8.5 to 10 was all about finishing the collections. People will tell you, that you need to finish cadwell silver / gold and its just not true, get every single book, every one, in home alliances, and Coldharbour AND the rare ones in Cyro to complete the sets and you will hit ten. Just.
The sets give you Bonuses so check your journal, look for sets at 8-9/10 and find those and that will do it.Xbox One | EU | EP
