Need poison with 2.4 second root+cc immunity, and a long duration dot poison secondary effect

✭✭✭✭✭The more effects you add to a poison, the weaker it gets.
There is a poison that roots your enemy and grants you CC Immunity for 4,4 seconds.
I think damage over time poisons are very underpowered and I wouldn't lower my precious effects for a lackluster dot.
If you want a damage poison, then take a minor vulnerability poison, increasing the damage your target takes by 8%
