Is XP buff capped?

I was testing PTS and got a new XP scroll called Crown Crate Major Experience Scroll which grants 100% bonus

As you'd expect my eyes widened after realising the potential max xp buff I can get from Major XP Scroll, 100% xp holiday buff, group bonus, Mara rings, ESO +, all training gear and keep bonus. Then I thought what if there is a cap and I'm curious. Are we limited to how much our XP percantage can be boosted and/or is there a value limit for xp per tick?

I just don't want to use all boosters if I do not get the full effect.

On cake week, some combos wouldn't stack. I think it was cake, scrolls and Psjic. So there want a cap persay but certain elements wouldn't stack. Unsure on specifics

Yeah that was a bug that was fixed after a while, I'm more concerned about being able to apply the buffs but behind the scenes the numbers not going as high as I believe.

Before cake week, there was an XP buff stacking cap of 85%. During cake week I think it went up to 185%. I have no idea whether that is still current or not, though.

Ah yeah, that's where I got those values from! They never said whether that 185% remained after the event though.

What is the 100% holiday buff? I don't see any information on that anywhere. I've not been able to play the last several days.

I believe it is the witches holiday event or it might be the new life event.

Is there anything official on it. Heard mixed messages.

One view was it's from Oct 18 (console OT drop) to end of the month, for the festival. You have to drink from a keg to get the buff etc. Be nice if we knew to plan for it!
