Help a switcher

Hey folks... I have to admit I am a bit lazy so I don't wanna search the webs for build advice... I have a full leveled imperial templar who is a mag healer atm (I know bad combo ;-) therefore I figured to switch him to tank or stam dd... I have collected quite some mephala gear but don't want to farm endlessly for more or better drop sets... Would somebody be so kind to give me some advice for a tank and or dd built with craftable sets and tips for the skills? Cause I really have no insight on how to do stamina B-)

For a dd you could use:
- 5 Twice Born Star (Thief+Shadow) + 4 NIghtmothers Gaze
- 5 Hundings Rage + 4 Nightmothers Gaze
- 5 Nightmothers Gaze + 4 Hundings Rage

Most important skills are:
- Biting Jabs as main damage skill
- Steel Tornado for big enemy groups
- some dots like rendering slashes, poison injection, endless hail, rearming trap
- maybe some survivability like blade cloak, vigor

For a tank some reasonable combinations are:
- 5 Tava's Favour + 4 Alessia's Bulwark
- 5 Whitestrakes Retrebution + 4 Alessia's Bulwark
- 5 Hist Bark + 4 Song of Lamae
But in there are also a lot of other viable combinations, depending how you like to tank.

Most important skills are:
- Pierce Armour
- Inner Fire if enemies are to far away for Pierce Armour
- rune focus to boost your resistances
- maybe some aoe snare to make your job easier (caltrops or ritual of retrebution)
- blazing shield
- some self heal, either vigor or breath of life, depending on how you distribute magiacka and stamina
