It is "off-meta." All I will say, is that I do what a max magic pet build would do, but minus the pets. I focus on maximum magic and make sustain sacrifices.(my DW set-up is to the extreme of this)

I know and I'm loving what you're doing. I'm still trying to figure out how to get THAT much magicka without pets AND without both Inner Light and Bound Aegis. I would probably not use a build that hardcore, but with a lil less magicka (47k?) and some more health or something like that. I suspect the lich set bieng involved as I did see a Dylora Staff blinking here and there, but still trying to find a way to push the magicka this high with just 8 other item pieces... Keep up the good work and when I do find your secret I'll shut up about it. I will let you know though

No lich in this video. My old set-up was Lich/Juliannos.(Sorc montage 2 - 5) Max magic I was able to hit was 50k with bound aegis(47k with just inner light). It's still a strong build that I will recommend, as you can dish out high burst but still have forgiving sustain. The set-up I use now, is not forgiving lol.
