A bit better on Xbox One NA just depends on the time

Scourge and Haderus are usually full or have some bars on. The other campaigns see some action during the day except azuras star (no cp)

Haderus and Sourge are always full at prime time.

The others are hit and miss. Most of the time the pop is empty but there is some activity.

A lot of the campaigns are close to empty because the ratio between cheaters and noncheaters is so steep right now. I haven't been to cyrodiil once recently without encountering at least 2 players cheating (instaslaying others) recently. As a result I stopped going to Cyrodiil. I am sure others feel the same way (otherwise the campaigns would be booming and not as empty as they are).

How do you cheat on xbox?

Hmmm must be referring to insta kill due to lag and I've seen two bar yellow and two bar red on Hadrus on Xbox Eu so wouldn't say that it's actually dead in that campaign
