Nerf on health enchants?

Can someone explain to me why health enchants have been nerfed? My health dropped from 32k to 29k overnight... Then I noticed the health enchants had seriously dropped on my tank... making that golded out Tava's look like a waste of tempering alloy now too!!

This is news to me. I suspect another issue, because I just created new health glyphs and played with them active last night, and there was nothing unusual in my total health pool. Unless, of course, it was something that occurred in the past 12-ish hours.

Did you level up? When in a scaled zone, the buff is greater at lower levels.

Had someone yelling about this in zone chat on ps4 earlier, yet I saw nothing out of the ordinary. I call shenanigans.

Seems like a pretty specific thing for it to be a coincidence. Unless ofcourse op and the guy you saw are the same people.

No they are definitely making changes.

My food didn't run out, I'm not a noob or anything.

Crit chance lowered, my weapon damage went higher and now - resolving vigor is increasing crit chance by 3%. I wasn't the one to notice that - a guildie standing next to me was looking at his character screen and I hit vigor right next to him and it upped his crit by 3%. Did the same for everyone around us.

Seems changes are afoot - but they never mentioned any of them. I even watched some of the changes take place in front of my face. I saw my health suddenly change on one character - and then drop back down (unless someone else had hit an ability near me too that now has undocumented changes).

Get ready for a storm brewing!!

Yup.. everyone check your crit chances... mine have dropped by about 20% on all characters.

Looking at a change in your max health doesn't mean enchants changes.

Is gear broken
Food active
Gear changed
Skills ok bar that incresses health via a passive or set bonus

And most important, check sobriety.

Are you a NB? A crit heal from vigor will give everyone around you 3% crit chance (Hemmorage passive).

Your health could have dropped if someone nearby was providing you a health bonus, and then moved away (like Ebon, for example).

Okay... the crit thing, I worked out (and submitted ticket... because for some reason, the thief stone had deactivated on my accounts that had it...)

The health thing - still a mystery.

I run Ebon, Tava's and Blood Spawn. So health bonus is ALWAYS present for me since I'm the one running it. I'm absolutely NOT a noob (CP 714).

My health enchants currently look almost identical to my stamina/magicka ones. That isn't normal. Health enchants are normally considerably higher than the other resource ones...

The average health of all my toons appears to have dropped by 1-3k depending on enchants... nerfed? Not sure... but seems a little odd for me that on character I was playing only yesterday fine, should now be struggling for health. That 3k makes a HUGE difference (and any tank who runs Tava's and runs very close to the 33.5k resistance cap with a full stamina tank could tell you that).
