You know how you can use Fiery Breath and spin around and it looks like you're flamethrowing everything around you? Well that doesn't actually happen and damage only applies to enemies in the path of fire upon casting, so the flames thereafter are entirely visual graphics and do nothing. He basically wants the flames to inflict damage the ENTIRE TIME rather than upon cast, ie those "visual graphics" not be JUST "visual graphics".

So he has a Insta skill he can instantly cancel and get full damage with no penalty so long as the target are in the initial cone and instead wants a skill with a channel or minimum cast time but allows for movement of the cone?
If I understood correctly I guess different strokes for different folks but give me the insta cast variety every time.

As anyone familiar with cancelling knows you could still cancel out of something like that mid-use. As it stands now cancelling out of it is the ONLY way to make it continuous, and even then it still has lackluster direct damage. At least if it hit multiple times it would have decent direct damage.
Umm maybe I have been imagining things but I always do a sweep with breath and it seems to apply to everything hit when I drag it along
