i dont get Access Code to my mail! i'm waiting over a week!

a friend bought me the game to play with him and i register to the game and everything went fine until i had to get an Access Code to my mail... i tried like 10 times but i didnt get anything in mail so i'm stuck with a 24hours countdown at the login screen helpess...
can someone please tell me what to do for god sake? this is disrespectful i'm sry!
things i tried:
-maybe the email went to spam folder = checked
-tried to contact support team = failed because they dont answer
-tried to get an Access Code via Website = checked
-tried to change a password = checked
what do i need to do? its really annoying =\
