I love when I run a trial and the moment we're doing so good we get wrecked... not by mechanics...not by lack of a role performing the task but by disconnects! It truly invokes the challenging mood within me. Great game ZOS!

I too have been getting disconnected a lot of late . Very frustrating especially when fighting and log back in dead . I have a very good computer and Internet connection . Pay for the best and still this is issue has been getting worse lately .

Yup I've sent reports, messaged zos staff and no response was given. FACT: Right now I'm doing vHRC and I have disconnected on the 2nd boss 4 times, the other DPS has Dc'd 2 times n the healer once. Top side has consistently wiped and dc'd so now we just see them consisntely running back because someone from ZOS thought hey if you get kicked out you should start from the beginning of the trial and run all the way back instead of spawning where you died or dc'd at.

I know for awhile Rakkhat in vMoL had an unusually high rate of kicking people from the game. Dunno if that's still a thing.

Ah don't worry about that because of this bug no one has done vmol in a while on NA Xbox 1 server. It's obvious ZOS doesn't care but hey look on the bright side they released another crown store update with a sep adder but still no word or fix on this issue; right there tells me the mind set.

I think they are having a problem with support center as I had to submit a ticket for a different non related issue and recieved no reply . Not even automated response . I was told support portal is having a problem .

ah I see what you mean but I did send a report in and chet was like "Thanks for your feedback remember to use /feedback blah blah bleh". Pretty much useless as ever (quite sure chet is some auto response bot).

I bet it's night time in hrc right? Had it today. Day cycle fine. Night cycle crap.

I'm getting disconnected all the time today too doing the normal pledges. Something is not right with the EU server again, most likely.

Yeah it happens a lot during the night but it'll also happen during the day.

I am pretty convinced that the VMOL leaderboard would be a lot more crowded if you didnt spend more time waiting for DCs than you do actually trying to kill the bosses.

not sure how to take it but yeah last time we tried doing vMOL everyone got Dc'd I mean EVERYONE so what happens when everyone DCs well.. you're technically not counted as being in the dungeon anymore so it resets.. We DC'd before the first boss and at the 2nd boss but the best thing is you'd still have a chance to DC before the first boss even after you beat it so when you DC the 1st time and have to run all the way back you may encounter another DC.. lmfao.

I'd love to get some form of acknowledgement of this issue but as stated no one seems to help even after I submitted a report I was told to restart my xbox and try power cycles,etc lol.
@ZOS_GinaBruno maybe you can save me from my frustration.

I was simply trying to illustrate that DCs are a huge problem. Anybody that has been in a serious VMOL progression group knows the content is hard enough by itself. When you spend 90 minutes of a 3 hour raid session waiting for people to run back, it doesn't help moral. I know this has discouraged some groups from continuing. My point was that we would probably have more groups actually clearing this place if it was a stable instance. That's all.

I've gone through nMoL probably 50+ times now and DC'd/crashed maybe twice. The last time my group was fighting the twins... crashed 3 times in an hour while we were progressing through the boss fight.

It's always fun to hear, "WHAT THE!? Color Death? WHY WERE YOU ON THE WRONG SIDE?!"

I'm glad you can find such joy in DCing, although it seems you haven't experienced it yet in a serious trial where everyone is ready to grind for gear. It's not funny it's extremely frustrating having multiple people consistently DC.
