Travelling to Grahtwood, Crashing

As the title states.. I have finished up with Auridon and am trying to travel to Grahtwood via the NPCs stationed in Vulkheils Guard and Skywatch..Every time the loading screen appears the game crashes to the Xbox .. Highly disappointing seeing as how I just bought an ESO plus membership...Is this a common issue, or is there a fix for it I am unaware of? It only seems to affect the travelling to grahtwood thus far, and I was able to travel there a day or so ago, prior to buying my eso plus..

Balibe✭✭✭✭In the future is you have an issue like this ..... delete the ESO saved data and restart the XB1 .... this should resolve the issue .....0
