XB1 EU campaign reset time?

Could someone pretty please tell me what time this campaign resets? All I'm getting is a vague "1, 2, 3 etc hours", rather than minutes, and I need to do some things down the street before it restarts

I don't think the game makers expected players to need higher level precision. By now I expect it should have restarted. Is it rounded to the nearest hour? Is there a big consequence if you don't join precisely when the campaign starts? Do you have trouble with campaigns being full and not being able to get in?
