Tamriel One, jewel and simple idea to balance item set

First, this is my first topic and this is not my first langage.... So be gentle!!
With all the new sets that gonna come with Tamriel One, there dôme great sets but some are not so easy to fit to yours playstyle or come in heavy and you are magicka ..... You know what i mean !!!
A simple idea can change everything and help to balance some sets !!
Zenimax, just consider the jewel like a armor piece with 2 enchants ... One armor enchant (health, stamina and magicka) and One jewel enchant !! So let us be able to change the two enchant in any way we want !
Exemple : if im magicka and i want to play with the new heavy set Medusa ... I will take maybe 1 piece, 1 weapon and 3 jewel ..... But the jewel come with health enchant !!!! This is not so good!!
Simple idea thats gonna help the variety coming with Tamriel One !!
