    The Lord of the Realm has provided a portal to and from that plane so just use that (Oblivion gate in that cave). Also use your friends list or guild roster to port out instead.

    Major props for an impassioned plea. :)

    Sadly the bug isn't that the wayshrine isn't active. The bug is that the wayshrine looks like a useable wayshrine.

    There are no other arenas, dungeons, or trials that have active wayshrines. So if we made this one active, we'd need to do this for every other one to be consistent. The intent has always been that you walk out the door like every other arena, dungeon, or trial.

    Your pleas have been heard. We can definitely discuss changing this behavior in a future update but at the moment there are no plans to change it.

    Travel to your un-pop-locked alliance campaign. It's free. Use the wayshrine there.

    You realize that if you had functioning wayshrines in trials and dungeons, it would alleviate a lot of the issues associated with crashes and people needing to run back. When learning rakkatt, we spent 5 minutes waiting for people to run back after a crash for every 1 minute we actually spent trying to fight him.

    If you want an actual wayshrine that doesn't work, there is that one in SW Craglorn by the lake that doesn't give you the use toggle unless you come at it from just the right angle.
