Healing Ward bugged

This needs to be fixed asap, a lot of builds rely on this to survive and will now be completely gimped.

I wanted to showcase the dud heal in real combat. Took my sorc for a walk to cyro. Three examples here. The expiration of healing ward is shown on the left of my health bar among the other buffs. Debuffs are on the right, shield strength is given in brackets behind my current health value. Yellowish numbers dropping center down are incoming heals.

I would classify this bug as a major issue that needs urgent fixing. The presented situations are everyday situations in Cyrodiil and there was no lag this time. The bug occurs on a regular basis (though less frequent with lower ping).
