Not sure how good they could make it tbh. MMO's are very CPU intensive compared to other games and the PS4 Pro is still using the same CPU in the original PS4, just slightly clocked higher.
I'd expect Ultra PC settings at 1080p/30.

I still don't understand the big appeal over 4k resolutions. Unless you have a GIGANTIC screen to make use of it, the eye can barely tell the difference between 4k and the standard 1080. If I had the opportunity I may upgrade to a 1440p screen, but there's absolutely no reason to go any higher.
Do you have to purchase another copy of ESO to play on the PS4 Pro or can you use your existing game that you own? I have a 4KTV and I'm getting the new PlayStation but I really do not feel as if I should have to purchase another copy.

If u have a digital copy then the data is saved to ur psn username n account so everything will transfer accordingly once u login to ur new console via ur existing username n redownload the client from the psn store for free since u alrdy own it. If u have a hard copy disc from my understanding is that the pro can play all existing ps4 game discs so after u reinstall from the disc n log in to ur psn username all ur characters n progress will carry over n b available in glorious 4k resolution. Fyi make sure ur backing up all ur progress manually to the Playstation cloud which is available manually n free to all ps plus members.
