For vet campaigns, a lot are empty buff servers. Scourge is usually full with AD being a bit more dominant as of late, and EP has been struggling with some issues to say the least. DC currently has emp there. Haderus always seems to be pop-locked, but it's far too laggy for me to venture in, so I couldn't say who is dominating there.
As for "powerful", I can only give my opinions: AD has numbers, DC has what seems to be good organization/coordination, EP has some amazing players but some major drama (it doesn't seem like we're very organized most of the time, at least in scourge).
If we're going to get really opinionated here lol I'll say that when I played with AD I hated it, as there are a lot of elitists (not everyone obviously, there are some awesome yellows). And I get the majority of my hate-tells from AD players lol.

This guy nailed it on Scourge.
AD - Ridiculous numbers, the largest number of awful players. For every great player there are dozens of people who are cannon fodder.
DC - Smallest numbers. Highest percentage of great players. If you're in a group, the last thing you want to see is the best group of DC.
EP - Probably has the highest number of players ranging from good to great but they mostly can't stand each other.
My estimates are that each has the following populations that play regularly.
AD: 500+, maybe 10 great players.
DC: Under 200, probably 30 great players.
EP: Under 300, upwards of 100 very good to great players constantly worrying more about proving their greatness than actually helping.

Girl* but yes Scourge has been...disheartening to say the least. Every other campaign just seems empty though (aside from Lagerus).danielpatrickkeaneub17_ESO wrote: »Stoopid_Nwah wrote: »For Xbox na the only campaign I really truly enjoy is blackwater (the noncp, nonvet). I agree with you about the AD and DC thing in Scourge but EP I won't say the have the most players ranging from good to great more so they have the biggest group that are decent -great but many players who won't push themselves to that level to be good.danielpatrickkeaneub17_ESO wrote: »Stoopid_Nwah wrote: »For Xbox na the only campaign I really truly enjoy is blackwater (the noncp, nonvet). And I'm talking about VISUALLY seeing a white hammer dropped TWICE. I said nothing about a recap. Keep back stepping the proof it's cute kiddo.

Unlike DC they actually LOVE to siege a bit too much, which gets really annoying
AD: The old EP in a nutshell. guilds full of exploiters, tryhards and cancer builds like to ruin campaigns for what seems to be sadistic fun. Dont get me wrong, some of the best duelers and guilds on Xbox are still in AD but they are pretty much a shadow of their former selves.

So true. But when we do siege it's usually 2 different outer walls. I like to call us "two wall daggerfall".
