Xbox One NA: Could Not Retrieve Announcements

I'm getting this error on the server select screen for NA, and when I try to login it errors me out saying to check my internet.
My internet is fine. Other programs load. Heck even the EU server will load and let me login to a character there.
Is there a server problem for xbox NA that we haven't been made aware of yet? It's been happening for the past 20 minutes since I got Home Screened.
