NPC Respawn for Give to the Poor?

I just accidentally ran into Filthwhisker in The Rift for the Give to the Poor achievement. I had forgotten about the achievement and canceled out of the dialogue so I could research the NPC and make an informed dialogue choice, but then he just assumed I had refused to give him gold and ran away. Will he respawn, or am I not going to be able to ever complete that achievement??? (If so, I'm preemptively irritated that I might have missed out by canceling the dialogue, since I didn't say yes OR no.)

Junipus✭✭✭✭✭There are spots in each zone for the achievement so he'll come back to that point eventually. I believe that the respawn timer for each spot is 30 minutes and there are 3 spots in each zone.The Legendary Nothing1 -
