duel wield swords v maelstrom maul

Get guys I just had maeltrom mail from vmsa. I made it gold because it has a good trait and stuff. My gold duel wield swords as a set give me 668 crit .
While using the maul I have slightly less wep dmg wich I'm not bothered about because I the mace passives. Why does my crit drop over 20%? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Firstly, I must point out this was extremely hard to read, my 5 year old niece could put together a better paragraph... Secondly I would imagine you lost the critical from having the "precise" trait on one of your swords. Also the "twin blade and blunt" passive from dual wield skill line might have something to do with it.

Probably cuz them dw swords are part of hundings set and precise?

Both my swords had sharpened on them and we're part of night mothers set. So I thought I should only lose 668 croticsl from the set. I'm lost why I lost 20%

20% huh? I know 3% can be gained or lost via Cyrodiil buff, 3.5% per single handed weapon (precise) 10% from hunter (or potion bonus) 12% from thief mundus, 3ish% from medium armor, 6% per dagger via dw passive, and 3.5% to 7% via armor. But 20% doesn't come from any single source...
