Warlord PvE DPS build, Stamina Templar

This is not a meta build, it uses 2h, not dual wield.

That said, this build is absolutely viable (viable does not mean meta, don't get me started...) for 99% of game content, and it was a blast for me. I made it specifically because I hate the way dual wield plays, and I'm too miserly to buy potions or ingredients.

I'll post some screens of damage potential later on.

Spec: DPS
Race: Imperial, redguard, bosmer, or khajiit.
Class: Templar
Attributes: currently on an imperial with all 64 Attributes in stam, but I have 21k health. (Imperial master race *cough*)

Bar one: Greatsword

(Damage/Execute)
1-Biting jabs (puncturing strikes morph)
2-Executioner (Reverse slash morph)
3-FLEX (Brawler, Rearming trap, Restoring focus)
4-FLEX (Vigor, Expert hunter)
5-Rally (momentum morph)
ULTIMATE: Flawless Dawnbreaker (Dawnbreaker morph)

Bar two: Bow (Utility and AoE support)
1-Rearming trap (Trap beast morph)
2-Poison injection (poison arrow morph)
3-Endless hail (Arrow barrage morph)
4-FLEX (Caltrops, Restoring focus, binding javelin)
5-Repentence (restoring aura morph)
ULTIMATE- FLEX (Meteor, Warhorn, Dawnbreaker)

You'll need 7 pce medium armor, all stam enchanted and the entire armor set should be divines. All weapons should be sharpened and weapon damage enchanted (unless you have access to maelstrom or master's bows at cp160). I use 5 piece hundings rage, 3 piece agility on jewelry (all healthy with stam cost reduce or regen), shoulder or head of Molag Kena, and 2 piece Leki's, though you could use 5 piece night Mother's gaze if no one else in your group is running it. My personal preference of bow is a master's bow, but I only have a maelstrom bow at this time.

CHAMP POINTS:

I split my warrior points into Elemental defender and hardy until I get roughly an 18% mitigation. The rest goes into quick recovery.

My thief points make cost reduce in warlord about 15% before I switch to stam recovery in mooncalf. I like having maybe ten points into tumbling.

Mage points are a little more preference. I went with most points in mighty, but thaumaturge is my next most important. You ideally want to give a little to precise strikes (enough for 10-12%) with what is left. Don't overlook the healing done star.

Stone: Thief or Shadow (I prefer thief)

This build has been perfect for;

Near invincibility in trash pulls, soloing normal dungeon content, stormproof (so dang close to flawless -_-), trials, and best of all; tons of fun.

Proof of concept, round 9 vMA. Will get a more standard measurement for straight DPS.

Seems like the usual stam 2h/bow build.

Not sure why everyone names builds, we all use similar sets/moves so why everyone try to lay claim to the build?

Why no Weapon damage glyphs on your jewellery?
    Xbox one EU
8 Flawless conquerors on all class specs (4 stam, 4 magicka)
    Doesn't stand in red

It's mostly about sustain. I have since switched 2/3 over to weapon damage, one cost reduce. It was hard to balance keeping stam up, and keeping damage meaningful in vMA.

And idk, tossed on a name to 12 abilities and 12 slots. I don't expect this to be overtly unique or anything, just trying to show that there are other builds out there besides bow/Dual wield that can get the job done :)

Don't need expert hunter because aydric spears give you that 10%+ critical chance on using the ability.

Don't need Vigor + Rally, if you're hell bent for wielding a 2x4 then just use rally.

Your sets are for PVP, PVE would be better with TBS with Shadow/Thief

Your second bar should not have Dawnbreaker on it, your first bar should always have rearming trap on it with flawless dawnbreaker.

The bolded words are what I have slotted there 9 times out of ten, but there is a good point. I just can't seem to bring myself away from my emergency stuff on one bar. It allows.me to stand toe to toe with a Crematorial guard and clanfear. And where I'm not kiting, it makes avoiding the blue/white ghosts a bit easier.

Second bar having rearming trap is more because my startup is volley, caltrops, LA, poison injection, LA, Rearming. Adding trap to my front bar in place of brawler is a definite thing for trials, where I'm looking for more damage output. Will check out TBS and see how that feels.

Also, some points of contention: Evil hunter gives 3% weapon damage, so in a trials setting vigor isn't doing me favors. Also; back bar having flawless means a harder hitting poison inject and rearming trap.

And my 2x4 looks lovely, thank you! :p
