[Bug?] Evil Hunter Exposed Duration

So I was leveling some moves up. Got to morph into evil hunter. When looking at the tooltip before I morphed it, it said that enemies could not return to stealth for 5 seconds (opposed to 3 for camouflaged hunter) so I went with evil hunter,
At level 1 the duration of exposed enemies is 5 seconds. The duration for level 2 is 3 seconds.
Im fairly confident this is not intended
