why didn't i get 3 year badge ?

i started on September 3rd 2013, why was 3 year badge not rewarded ? [just curious]

Look at the dates of everyone on this page

Now go and look at their profiles and notice at the profile itself it all says the exact same date and even time, as yours shows.

-edit- Ok not everybody but 5 out of 6 checked, same exact date and time as you... even though the page shows a different date altogether.

Yeah, and look at everyone elses... and you will see their date says the same as yours including time... My guess is that is when they sent the batch of invite codes out to you, and your aniversary is when you actually signed up.

You can click this link https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/badge/anniversary-2 and look at the date you earned it last year, that should be the date you earn it this year...

For reference to my own difference...

I remember someone asking about this before and I believe the answer from a forum mod was those specific badges are awarded at the end of every month only. You'll have it by October 1st.

What is more likely... that you all started on the same date and the same exact time...



Or that the date and time shown on your profile is not correct, keep in mind I stopped at you 4 there are more same date and same time.

I think you were given a good way to confirm your start date. Find the date that you earned any previous anniversary badge. That's when you'll earn it this year. It may not be Sept 3.

I just randomly checked a few of them and 2 had start dates in August, 1 had a start date in July, and then 1 had the same date as OP. And all of the ones I checked just got their badges in the last 2 days.

Something weird is going on with the anniversary badges... And now that I look into it a bit, I realize that I got my 2 year badge on May 31st, while my 1 year badge was on April 17th (my actual forum signup date was April 17th 2014).

Really, I picked up the game about 15 months ago.

I seem to remember another thread from some time ago about this that said they went out towards the end of each month. But I'm not sure how accurate that is, my 1 year was months late and my 2 year was in the middle of the correct month.

I got my 3 year badge on Sept 4 which is the date it shows I signed up. /shrug

Zenimax created both the forums and the bugged game we have. If the game doesn't work as it should, why would you expect the forums to?!?

i signed out, and then back in and nothing changed. still no badge.

Sometimes the badges do not get awarded when they are supposed to, and some not at all. A mod had to give me my 1 year anniversary badge lol
