So I'm rolling a Night Blade and am level 14. I have had Swallow Soul on my bar and have been using it since level 3 but it is still Swallow Soul I and the bar is less than half filled. It doesn't seem like it is ranking up for some reason. Is this just really slow and different than other skills or is it broken/bugged for me?

Stoopid_Nwah✭✭✭✭Pretty sure* it's just that at first the skills will level quickly to morph, but after that it's slower going for them to rank up. Reminds me of magicka detonation: took 3 uses to get to proxy det and what seemed like ages to get it to rank iv proxy lol.0
