The 2nd day I cannot login

Last time I've been able to play the game was 2 days ago. Yesterday when I wanted to, the servers were down, and by now I STILL cannot login.

The login screen says "Could not retrieve announcements", the launcher says "Realm status" and nothing else (not online or offline).

I get the same result at the login screen with both the launcher and the direct eso.exe file.

One single time today I was actually able to login (after uncountable attempts since yesterday), but I could not login to a character and got stuck on the loading screen.

Also since the downtime yesterday, I'm having enormous problems to load any of the forum pages, while everything else on the internet works just fine, also my internet speed is normal. I also didn't change anything on the computer, it's just as it was the day before when I still could play the game.

So why does the support not reply (not even an automatic reply??? C'mon!)???? I subbed for the game and get no anwser! At least I was a subscriber until today when I cancelled it because of this!

The description of what I've already tried and done (EVERY possible thing!!) is in the ticket message.

Any ideas?

hi! are you on Kabel Deutschland/Vodafone? I have the same issue and it seems there are problems atm with the service provider. At least friends are reporting various other related stuff and online you will find information about it too. Afaik they are already working on it as it seems to give PSN users (everyone there not only eso) a problem.

Hello! As a matter of fact, yes, I AM on Kabel Deutschland/Vodafone! Thank you so much for the info, I can't tell you how much I appreciate it, the support is still ignoring all of my messages, so.. yeah.

Today I still cannot login, but at least I can see the announcements on the login screen again, that's some progress lol

The odd thing is that I do not have any other issues with the internet, for me it's really just the game, this forum, and my account page. I don't know why my connection only seem to have trouble with ESO related things... However it doesn't explain the support's behavior..

Anyways, thank you again, and hopefully we'll get back to the game soon
