Can we fix Trials?

I'm the main tank and each time we do Hel Ra we have frequent disconnects and frozen characters makes everyone infuriated. People have said that if it's night time in hel ra you'll experience these things; at first I thought na that's B.S but oh noo it definitely does exist.
@ZOS_Finn will there be an ETA because this is consistently happens on XBL NA server and no this also happens in maw where I too am the main tank.

No issues on pc for a very long time. dont know what platform you are on tho, might be handy to state.

I'd think the text below my original post explains what platform but I play on XB1 and we're doing Vet Hel Ra right now and at-least 8 people including myself has DC'd do to frozen screens,etc.

I've experienced the same in many trials as well. Again night time, always during the boss fight on the bottom route

Sanctum has always been the worst for me. Like 3fps!

Yeah it's annoying especially as the main tank lol; everyone relies on you to keep it organized but BAM you get frozen/kicked and people start wiping.

Hel Ra and Maw of Lorkhaj have not been playable on XB1 since the beginning of the Shadows of the Hist patch and ZOS has done nothing to fix it. They haven't even addressed it as an issue at all.

Yeah they haven't even spoke about igneous weapons not applying major brutality reliably (another forum I made with evidence of it not working properly). The bug for these trials are very annoying and will ruin anyone going for a score since DCs occurring leads to people dying.

@Giles.floydub17_ESO It'd be great if you read the post instead of just commenting because if you did it showed the same person asking and me answering. A lot of people have been experiencing this issue at-least those whom I've ran with or those in the same guild I'm in.

I can confirm that on ps4 those are also very common problems for everyone. Especially maw of lorkhaj. We've legitimately called off trial runs because it gets too bad. We joke that the hardest part of vmol is the DC boss that you're fighting the whole way through. But yes, it's an issue and certainly needs addressed and I can also confirm it started with shadows of the hist update. That or the update just made it way worse than it ever was.

And when I say everyone I mean every single person that steps foot into a trial. I don't know anyone out of a large number of people I play with that this isn't happening to on a daily basis. Mind you, multiple times in a single trial even. Point is ZOS, this is a serious issue that should take precedence over some of the balancing you guys intend on doing. I'd love to provide video evidence if it would help? Can save some clips during my trials tonight

Why you are rude with people trying to help you? Whoeler and Giles asked whats your plataform because you didn't say it on OP.
- people don't read signatures;

This is why you write all information you have on the OP.

@Milvan I wasn't being rude to any of them especially woeler now the 2nd time someone asked what platform I'd say yeah it was kinda rude but it shows that they didn't read other posts but instead looked/skimmed over the first post or maybe didn't even read it then posted.

Also I'm asking on ZOS not anyone to help me since no one can help but ZOS since this is a in game problem that occurs so yeah.

I am a PC player and I didn't really know that you console guys really had it bad until when I was watching a PS4 streamer Beware13 (I think that's her twitch name) and she lagged out of vMA 3 TIMES IN A SINGLE RUN! I feel so bad that you guys can't do content because the servers are kinda garbo right now.

All was fine until this week's patch.

Fixed minor slayer, broke Hel Ra. So many disconnects.

Same problems on xbox EU.. Especially for maw of lorkhaj, on the second pool of adds always 6-8 people freeze and have to restart their game.

^Yup the video actually shows me lagging out but not only did I lag out the entire bottom group lagged out twice (all 6) then the top group 3 or 4 lagged out.
