Best gear for stamina DPS without VO

We all know VO is BiS. Lacking VO, what would the next best thing be? Right now I have 5 medium hundings and 2 leki axes as the basis for my build (all gold), so I'm probably not going to change that until I get vMA weapons. I've tried TBS, but am not in end game raid guilds and I felt this underperformed in vMA compared to hundings on my stamDK.

What should I fill in the rest of my build with? 3 agility+another leki+1 Molag kena? 5 red mountain? 5 vipers? One of the new sets coming with 1T?

I ran normal trials dozens of times and ended up with zero VO drops.

Looked around and found a dedicated trials guild, DPS tested, and was able to get in on some vet hel ra runs.

Within 4-5 runs I had an entire set (gold jewelry and 2 divines body pieces) since the drop rates are far superior, coupled with the ability to trade with your group members now.

If you don't want to do that I think 5 NMG, 2 Lekis, 3 robust Agility jewelry, and 2 Velidreth all divines with the Thief is the way to go.

Vipers I think, but, VO is still king for regen etc. in vMA. Took forever to get I hear you on that, but, so glad I ran nSO 50+ times to get it...

This is what I would do too. The Minor Slayer buff is pretty good, so if you have a 3pc jewelry of something with Minor Slayer, it might be worth looking into as an alternative to agility.

2x Velidreth
3x Vengeance Leech
2x Leki's Daggers Sharpened or Maelstrom Weapons

Pretty sure 3x agility equates to around 5% more damage done, equalling the buff of VO. So VO isn't the be all, end all of stam, except for vma where it shines amazingly.

I prefer agility to VO 3 piece because agility works everywhere and helps vigor and rally.
