If ZoS wanted to be known as a greedy company and simultaneously lose a lot of customers, that is what they would do. I'm telling you, the awful PR they'd get from that kind of price would kill the game right then and there. It would be ALL over IGN, Facebook and other gaming media outlets.

They'd never live it down.

Meh. Put it behind the ESO+ and then make all properties and items either craftable or purchaseable for in-game gold.

It's exactly the way it would have worked if the game had stayed sub-only. Sounds good to me.

This is exactly how I am thinking. It is a win/win situation and is the safest option for them. More people will subscribe and all housing content is available so as long as you stay subscribed.

Not going this route puts them into a precarious position where they have to be very careful how it is implemented or risk backlash.

If we have to buy every single furniture and houses from the Crown Store, I'll be giving up on housing. I am an ESO Plus member, not a cow.

ESO plus features be fantastic. I hope it is something reasonable but I just expect very high prices in the crown store only.

If a mount is almost 4k. Some of the houses and stuff to go inside could be double/triple that price as a sum.
