Optimal group build help

I thought about asking a different build question. Everyone asks about the best individual build (VO/Hundings/Night Mother + Agility+kena)(Julianos/TBS*Willpower/Kena) but if everyone has their BiS build, isn't necessarily the BIS group build.
There's a bunch of sets that gives benefits to the group, skills that buffs/debuffs individually or in groups depending on morphs, skills that you slot for an specific buff that you could get the same by another player skill effects, etc.

This way | ask if anyone can give a tip about a strong group build (2Dps, Healer and Tank). Would it be the same as the individual BiS, or assuming you have a good group that plays often together would you go for another approach?

Actually, in organized raids, 2 of the DPS might wear group-based sets.

Sunderflame and Night Mother's Gaze are two sets that are stamina dps based, and they reduce the armor of targets. So, an organized raid with a lot of stamina characters will have those two sets.

For tanking, we have sets such as Ebon Armory, which increases the max health of your allies.

For healing/support, there is Infalliable Aether, Spell Power Cure, Worm's Raiment, Hircine's Veneer, Moondancer, and a few others.

But if you throw a set of NMG and Sunderflame on some stamina DPS, and then SPC and a support set each on your healers, then keep your tank geared out correctly, and get a strong warhorn rotation between the healers and tank(s), TBS becomes the BiS set in an organized raid.
