Dungeon Finder Bug

It seems to occur daily, that I que in the finder, end up in a group, and than I am immediately get kicked from it. It happens so fast, that I am pretty sure its not someone in the party, someone how immediately kicking me... But than I get penalized for it and have to wait to reque.
Please either fix the bug, or get rid of the penalty
I thought it was the bug mentioned in the patch notes concerning 5 or more players similtaneously placed in the same group. But sense it happend again this evening, it is a different bug, or it didnt actually get fixed

Not even understand why I get a cooldown for it, nor do I understand why you get a cooldown for getting kicked
