Scathing mage and other ICP set styles

On PS4, I noticed something odd about the sets I've been getting from ICP. What I've noticed, to my horror, is that the sets no longer drop in Xivkyn style! Instead, I have been getting pieces of scathing mage and sheer venom in Breton style instead. Is this intended or is this a bug that intends to be fixed?
