Storm Atronach Morph

Right now the Stamina Sorc does not have a single ultimate ability that benefits from his stamina bonus.
I'd like to present a change to the Storm Atronach.
The two morphs currently active could be changed to...
Summon Greater Storm Atronach
Increased duration, damage, and health like the current morph.
Summon Air Atronach
Changes the Summon from a Storm Atronach to a stationary Air Atronach.
His damage changes from Lightning Damage to Physical Damage.
When being surrounded by enemies in melee he will ocassionally whirl damaging all enemies in proximity.
If enemies are further away he will do a "flying blade" attack dealing high physical damage.

✭✭✭✭Most class ultimates are magicka based so stamina builds don't get the full benefits because they are physical/elemental damage. Only Incapacitating Strike from NB Assasination and Dragon Leap (+morphs) from DK Draconic Power are physical damage, also the Corrosive Armor from Earthen Heart does poison damae. So stamplar and stamsorc mostly use dawnbreaker. Then also give Stamplars and Stamblades a class DoT that gets stronger over time.0 -
Jar_Ek✭✭✭✭✭Tbh Atronach ultimate needs a huge buff anyway - it's so lacklustre. A stamina morph might be nice for stam builds, but unless the ultimate as a whole is changed it won't be worth taking over DBoS.0 -

Jar_Ek✭✭✭✭✭@Nestor yes, well kind of. They scale off weapon/spell damage + highest resource, but the CP and passives that affect them are based on damage type. So a physical ultimate works much better for a stamina sorcerer and a shock/magic damage one is better for a magicka build.Edited by Jar_Ek on September 12, 2016 5:27PM0

Bandit1215✭✭✭I have long been a main stamsorc and let me tell you this does NOT need to happen. If you suggested this before the change to DB and upcoming we pin ultimates I would agree with you, but currently stamina classes will habe probably the BEST options and benefit from their ulti's. I have suggested this very thing in the past and a couple guys and I were in guild chat Saturday night talking about it again. Air Atros already exist and deal physical damage. It makes perfect sense to change one of the morphs to be more Stam-friendly. This and Crystal Blast morph both need to be looked at and reworked into Stam- morphs
