OVERVIEW
The Elder Scrolls Online v2.5.10 is a small incremental patch that fixes an issue with the text for the Japanese game client and an issue with the Grouping Tool. We also normalized the drop rates in Imperial City that were previously doubled for the Anniversary Event. The size of this patch is approximately 230MB.

- Fixed an issue where a group of 5 player characters could be erroneously formed if a 2-player group and a 3-player group queued for the same activity. This typically resulted in one player getting immediately removed from the group.

- Fixed an issue where the Japanese client would display English text for NPCs, the quest tracker, items, and more.
