Here's a picture of the crown store item i'm talking about.
Now here is this crown store item on my character in ESO that has a massive forehead. I had my forehead slider all the way to the max on my female character. Don't ask me why i've done this but to make it short, females in this game look better with a bigger forehead.
As you can see, my characters Forehard is clipping though the crown store item. I probably will not buy this item because of this issue. I really hope this gets fixed, @ZOS_GinaBruno.

Balibe✭✭✭✭It is good you were able to see this issue before purchasing, appears the preview does work for some crown items .....
Hopefully they can resolve this issue ......

I am Imperial. I suggest trying to modify the Eye brow depth because i know i was playing around with that slider a lot.
Any slider that pushes out the forehead and eyebrows should do the trick. The face/body triangle thing is all the way in the corner in the "soft" category.
If it would'nt be to much trouble, you guys at ZOS could give me an apperance change so i can give you full images of my apperance sliders. I personally cannot remember all of the detail preferances. It took me over an hour to make my character look just right.
I'm a pretty loyal customer and forum user so i only want to help.
If theres anything else i can do let me know.

It's the new Heem Jas Armour in medium that comes from Shadow of the Hist. The set that gives you 25% damage when an enemy dies near you. I'm only using the chest piece for the style since it does not have a Motif out yet.
I have 4 Clever Alchemist Armour and 1 Clever Alchemist sword. This means in addition to my monster set plus 5 piece set i wear with jewelry, i have one gear slot i can use for whatever i want. I could use a Maelstrom weapon but i thought this would be more unique since no one uses this style currently.
