What? Award a title for earning a butt ton of in-game Gold? Do you insist on instilling a class divide in ESO?

Daedric Lord Slayer is from killing all dolmen generals......
Master Wizard from Mage Guild......
Saviour of Nirn requires completing ALL dolmens......
Monster Hunter comes from completing all monster slayer achievements etc etc
How would we earn Lord/Lady, Duke/Duchess?......
Just interested in the thoughts behind the idea.

I would rather see it added as part of some new quest line, in the future.
The last MMO I played had a title for banking a certain amount of gold, but I never used it. It was a little uncomfortable to run around announcing I had a certain amount of gold in my account.

Housing Achievements
In Homestead, you can expect to see a variety of new achievements for everything from decorating your home in a certain way, to learning an impressive number of furniture plans, to beating up Target Skeletons. Of particular note, we’ve added four new titles:
- Clan Father or Clan Mother, awarded for acquiring the Aldmeri Dominion Manor, Serenity Falls Estate.
- Lord or Lady, awarded for acquiring the Daggerfall Covenant Manor, Daggerfall Overlook.
- Councilor, awarded for acquiring the Ebonheart Pact Manor, Ebonheart Chateau.
- Count or Countess, awarded only after you’ve acquired all three of the titles above.

Pfft pleasant, you can't just be a lord.
On topic, I like titles, so the more the better.
Lord or lady could be awarded for have a certain amount of gold or big enough house.
Though that would make my main character Lord Lord Gavus.
Good times.
