Will they at least remove prosperous and training from Moster sets when the new ones drop?

With all the new additions, we'll be very lucky if we even get the shoulder we want let alone with a good trait, so are they at least removing the useless training and prosperous traits?

the rght shoulders will be harder to get than helms in One Tamriel due to all this:

guaranteed helm from vet dungeon (so you farm the helm from your required dungeon) for the chance of right trait (1 in 9) in the desired type (light, med, heavy)

shoulder one from about 25 to 30 shoulders (not sure of how many there will be in total) for the chance of the right trait in the desired type
