Just going to put it out there @Wheeler @Wrobel since you have the power on this one.

Idea goes as follows. New Alliance ability- Tower Sight. (kinda lame but thinking on the fly here). Costs at least 3 skill points and you need PvP rank 20 (maybe slightly higher idk). The 2 morphs are Shining Tower --adds a metallic skin resistant to fire damage, and Siege Turret--adds a very small useable rapidfire arrow ballista with a decent cooldown at the top of the tower for cover fire (but nothing like it's current counterpart in damage) Either morph should cost 2 skill points.
The morph is chosen by the first to click the flag (explained ahead)...

So when a Keep goes under siege.... at a completely random spot outside along the outer wall will appear a flag about 1/2 the size of any resource, IC flag etc. You can only see it if you have this skill. It will require 8 people standing on it (Can not be in stealth AND the new skill is required to make it flip as well) and after X amount of time a siege tower is born that can be used to climb over/on top of the wall. Once the tower is built, it can be destroyed by enemy forces just like any siege, but should have a good bit more HP than typical engines considering the effort, and it cannot be repaired.

This creates a new dynamic in sieging a keep where more than just a couple wall spots, or the front door can be utilized to take it.I'm sure someone will find a downside to all this lol. So have at it =) Oh, I almost forgot, if the flag is not used within 5 minutes, it will reappear at another spot after a 5 minute cooldown.
