Whenever I do this writ, the error it produces prevents me from doing any further crafting work — creation, specifically — until I log out and log back in.
I do top-tier crafting, so I don't know if this only affects writs in Orsinium, or if other, lower-level, provisioner writs are similarly affected.
Thought I'd bring it to your attention, since I haven't seen it mentioned as of late.
For what it's worth, I've noticed it ever since Update 11 went live on the PS4.
